  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our team, ensuring it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges
